Policy Procedures

At KCC we are dedicated to providing our customers with high quality grains. If you encounter an issue with any of our grain’s products, we are committed to resolving it promptly and effectively.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be provided for the following reasons:

  1. Product Quality Issues:
    1. Presence of foreign materials (e.g. pests, stones).
    2. Damaged or spoiled grains due to improper packaging or storage before purchase.
  2. Incorrect Product:

a. The wrong type or quantity of grain was delivered.

3. Packaging Damage:
a. The product’s packaging was torn or compromised at the time of delivery or purchase.

Conditions for Replacement

To process a replacement the following conditions must be met

  1. The issue is reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  2. Proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, invoice or order number) is provided.
  3. The grain product is returned with at least 70% of its original quantity.

Replacement Options

Customers may choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange: Replacement with the same grain product at no extra charge.
  2. Alternative Product: Replacement with a different grain product of equal or lesser value.
  3. Refund: Full or partial refund within 60 days if replacement is not feasible.

How to Request a Replacement

When contacting us, please provide:

  1. Your purchase details (e.g., receipt, order number, date).
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Photos of the product (If applicable).

Exclusions

The following issues are not covered under this policy:

  1. Grains that were improperly stored after purchase (exposed to moisture and pests).
  2. Grains that have been significantly consumed or used.
  3. Issues reported after designated time frame.
